I'm going with Bush here.

Both candidates stayed very calm, and I think Bush stuck to his guns about the "flip flop" stuff a little too much.

Kerry sounded pretty good to the general listener, but he NEVER ONCE stated an actual plan of how to make things better. All he did was keep saying "I have a plan" and "It will get better under my leadership," but he never told us what that plan was.

If I were undecided (I'm not), I'd be very weary of voting for someone based on promises, with nothing to back them up on.
