About ToB, install it right away. If you don't, then you won't be able to continue after the SoA main boss.

But then again, if you install ToB, there's no need for yo to get the SoA-patch. Get the ToB-one instead, along with the Fixpack from Baldurdash. Go to the FAQ for details.
