I used to be able to say four, but my French has grown incredibly rusty through lack of use.
And I always find it annoying when people think they speak sooo many languages when in reality their grasp of most of them turns out to be very tenuous indeed. So I'll say three: English, Dutch and German. I can still read and understand French moderately well though - just wouldn't know if I'm still able to speak it in any understandable way.
