I don't think it's a good poll at all, for the reasons mentioned (NOFI Promethius!). It's precisely the polarity which is important.
It would have been a much better poll if you just gave options of "yes, always", "yes, on this condition" "no", "no, on this condition" "maybe" or "don't know". Because you filled in reasons for people, e.g. "No, because criminals have a right to live" or "yes, it's a woman's own choice so it's always OK", you put words into people's mouths which they probably disagree with completely. For instance, I don't think I'd ever have an abortion performed, but I am not completely against if others want to do it. I don't go so far as to say it should only be allowed in cases of rape victims or when there's mortal danger to the mother, but I don't think it should be thought of as lightly as many women seem to do, either. So which should I pick? Neither of your options comes close to how I feel, but a simple "yes, on certain conditions" would have been fine.
Also, you leave no room for doubt in cases such as the evolution question. What if someone simply doesn't know yet?
IMHO, having simple "yes" "no" "I don't know" "undecided" and in some questions "yes on certain conditions" and "no on certain conditions" answers is MUCH less biased and more fair than the poll you made now.
No offense intended, BTW, in case I need to add that.
