I brush my teeth after every meal, inclduing snacks. So sometimes 4 times a day. Which is useful if I feel tempted by something, like if I'm baking and I want a chocolate chip, I'll realise I'd have to brush my teeth after so it's not worth it. I hate the feeling of a dirty mouth plus I hate hate hate getting fillings; I know, how original, but my dentist is the worst at giving needles. I know this because I've been to others and they don't cause the searing pain that he does, and I've had a LOT of needles, getting my wisdom teeth out and four other teeth (have a very small mouth

). And I chew sugar-free gum if I'm out and eating and can't brush my teeth. I'm not a big mouthwash user though, usually only If I'm going out straight away.
