I have to say I like them both, but Jordan's work I like better. The reason being his characters seem more real to me than Goodkinds. Goodkinds stories, while good, are just too...over the top. Too many hyperboles. The romance stuff (which is sure to please the women in the readership [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) is just too in-your-face.

Jordans stuff has been dragging, and it's pissing a few of my friends off, but i can see how he's developing the story and I actually quite like the journey. I just hope he finishes his story before he dies!

I've only read the first Goodkind book, so far, but judging from the reviews put forth by other readers, I don't think the rest of the books will change my mind much.
