I voted yes, and let me tell you why. Since the Hobbit is a children's book, I think it will help give kids who are too young for LotR to see what Tolkien was all about. If done correctly, it could easily be rated PG and be viewable for younger audiences. A good thing, in my opinion. Maybe it will get these kids to pick up the books and discover the joys of reading! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Of course, I'm still trying to decide whether I liked the LotR movie or not, so maybe I'm not the right person to ask.
