You get so enormously powerful that fightning isn't really fun anymore. One hit with Carsomyr and that Ankheg goes flying. Now where is the fun in that? BG1 was definitely better, but if you played BG2 and ToB first, and then play BG1, it seems boring because you switch from battling gigantic Dragons to slaying kobolds. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I disagree here. BG2! BG2! BG2! Come on Irenicus was so cool! More spells to play with, cooler weapons, cooler quests, what's not to like? I admit in TOB you did get *too* powerful but that's why they had stronger enemies than your ankhegs. (Greater basilisks were more annoying and rewarding anyway.) [img]tongue.gif[/img] Besides it's not like you didn't have to work to get there. Liche's, high level mages, dragons, and the evil one himself all lay in your way.
