Now that really depend on how old you are right now. I did not pay enough attention to my teen years, so they don't count...

My 20's were great. Single and partying all the time. Late 20's finally got married and had children.

Being at the birth of my kids was one of the greatest times of my life....

Now in my 30's I am having the time of my life. Damn good job, wonderful family, my own house, and alot of good friends...

Check back in a few years once I hit the 40's and that may be the best age.

I guess the way to put an answer to this question is to say look inside your heart and ask your self if you are happy. It doesn't matter how old you are, cause age and happiness is all in ones mind and heart. Old adage, You are only as old as you feel......
