It's a swedish tachno song called "Rosa Helikopter" ("Pink Helicopter") sung by a nine year old..
And it's really popular, in a goofy way, but it's SO annoying!

14) What's the longest you've ever had the same song repeat itself over and over again?
I played "Mrs. Robinson" a few months before I got tired of it..
