I listen a lot to music--usually classical, sometimes jazz, and balkan or Asian folk music. My jazz preferences run particularly to the bebop era, and the likes of Charlie Parker, Bud Powell, etc. I listen to whatever I like at a moderate volume--who wants to bother the neighbors? As long as they don't force me to listen to their musical preferences, I'm not going to stick 'em with mine. Have a good CD collection, but a much larger LP one, which has yet to be transferred to CD.
