Sephiroth from ff7. he had the cool silver hair goin' down, the katana, and he was a man of few words, Also Marquis Elmdor from FFT(Bears an uncanny resemblance to sephiroth) i thought cell was stupid he was way too arrogant which is such a big weakness in villians.
