-2 if you slap some good armour...
-6 with some choice Gauntlets...
-11 with the best shield...
-12 with the best helm...
-14 with the best ring...
-15 with another ring...
-16 with a green cloak...
That would be the reasonable AC level you can achieve with Minsc.
