When dual classing, you need scores of at least 15 in the primary attribute(s) of your starter class (i.e. STR for your fighter) and at least 17 in the secondary attribute(s) for the class you are dualling to. Since Druids use CHA and WIS for their primary attributes, these therefore both need to be 17 in this particular case.
