Well, I just quickly experimented with WinRAR. I set the Mode to Best, and then compressed a 2.35 MB folder (Call of Duty DOCs folder, if you needed that bit of irrelevance [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) into a 1.65 MB RAR file. That's a pretty good compression rate of about 70% the size of the original. Your issue may be a result of movie files, I'm not knowledgeable enough about these things to know.
