One thing nearly everyone gets with a credit card purchase now-a-days is protection.
The credit card association requires merchants to do chargebacks at their request and it's a good customer service to do legitimate chargebacks in mail-order disputes regardless of proof of delivery. Credit card companies usually take your word for it, unless a pattern of fraud is apparent. Also some banks offer a full years protection, and most atleast 90 days.
That alone might even make all that interest worth it

, but it works with Debit Check/Bankcards too.
