As far as I understand it the Ring of Holiness is also an extra award you can gain when you complete the Sir Sarles the sculptor quest set in the Govt district at one of the temples. If a cleric completes the quest they should get:
- Ring of Holiness
- Armour of Faith
- Staff spear

EDIT: osz - you get to choose only one of those items as my friend has just reminded me. Of course you could just CLUAConsole it - its RING22.
