Sight: Allows your Brain Processing Unit to process your graphical interface.
Hearing: Allows your BPU to process your sound environment.
Touch: Allows your BPU to accept response from the user interface.
Taste: Allows the BPU to process the acquisition of animal, or industrial by products.
Smell: Allows the BPU to process what is in the air.
Sixth Sense: The most important of all, but useless as a stand alone. For the BPU must process at least two of the 5 in order to create a 'fight or flight' sense of urgency!
Therefore I would choose to keep taste!
