You're going to need to download a program that will let you extract soundfiles from the game. There should be something you can use on the teambg site. I don't know what, exactly, as I've never felt the need to extract data from bif files. Once extracted, just follow the instructions on adding sounds in the sndlist file in the Sounds folder. That should allow you to pick his sounds for your PC.
