No, the screwdriver is real. Or the person who added it has a good eye for detail. The shadow from her hand and the screwdriver are on the ground. You lose the portion of the shadow that accounts for her wrist behind her knee.
I can see why one might think the addition of the screwdriver was obvious. Since our view of the shadow is interupted by her knee it actually looks like it ends prior to the knee. However if we were to judge her arm length by the cut off shadow, she would only have a nub at the end of her arm just a little before where the wrist would have been.
