does anyone know how these work?
my assumption (from a guide) is that you get the fighter number of stars on the fighter levelups only (otherwise i guess you'd get too many), so with the TOB xcap:
fighterlvl-stars
1-4
3-5
6-6
9-7
12-8
15-9
18-10
is that right? :S
