So I was making this elven ranger character for my first run through BG and I needed a name. Now, that's often a difficult part in character creation but I had the perfect solution. Get random book, take random page, pick name. Simple enough really.
Joining IW some time later to post on the BG forum, what better name could I pick than that of my first BG character?
It's since been abbreviated to the name you see today.
