Actually funghi are very fascinating organisms. You know what the curse of biology is? You always know what you eat. That leaf of lettuce you just ate - it's still alive. It will panic in your gastric acid and slowly get killed as it desperately tries to remedy the situation. Basically I don't give a beeep anymore. As long as it tastes good. Our brain will make anything seem yucky. But you gotta eat to live. Might as well aim for something tasty. Like funghi. Porcini baked with butter. Uhhhhm.
