I had some depression issues of my own a while back, for the last 4 years in fact. I didn't know where to turn to either so I came here and asked for advice.

I started 3 or 4 threads revolving around my depression and how others dealt with it, and each and every one of them helped progressively moreso than the last.

I believe Mad=dog contributed to my last one actually, it was genuinely helpful advice and similar to what he posted here.

I dealt with my demons, you can too, anybody can. You just have to persevere, work at it, and learn from it. Listen to the kind advice been given here, you'll be fine, don't worry. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Edit- In response to your "sluggish" symptons, I think I can relate. I used to get wistful, tired for no apparent reason, aimlessly frustrated, fed up with everything and nothing in particular and generally just wishing I didn't have to exist. It'll pass, don't worry.
