I've got a site that can be used for hosting, and in fact, I have been trying to set up some stuff like that for a while now. The site is linked to in my sig, if you want to take a look, and I've got a little music up there of my own as well. Also, I'd put a banner on the index page, if you wanted to make one. Check it out, and let me know what you think. The MySpace thing is a good idea, just don't set it to email you when you get new messages, because once or twice a month it becomes Spam Central. I have a MySpace set up as well. It hasn't done a lot for me, but it's had some traffic, and most of my friends that aren't people I already knew, like Yorick, invited me, the nice thing is, they are local/localish bands, maybe they will need a guitar player...
