Well the priority has changed from rescuing trapped people, after 3 days stuck in an attic under the hot southern sun, I hate to say it but there aren't many if any survivors
So the authorities are switching to law and order/crowd control now. I'd hate to cross a New Orleans cop, they are a take no prisoner kind of force.
If you've ever mouthed off to one of them in the french quarter, you probibly picked yourself up off the ground. I've seen them bust heads.
