I've been having my share of MTV music video's lately and the atrocity of Jessica Simpson's "These Boots Are Made For Walking" just baffles me. Nancy Sinatra surely wouldn't want anything to do with this travesty? Just as she managed to turn a nice song like "Angels" into something horrible, she's done it again with this particular song. I don't she has ANY talent of any sort. Not even looking pretty -- because I know I'll think about her being simplistic at the same time. It's not all about sex appeal it seems!
Oh, and not just the song sucks, the movie video is equally stupid. All the dances she does are out of key (watch the other dancers in the video), and I'm pretty positive the video director thought about her clumsiness beforehand and glued that beer bottle on the serving thingie (what's it called anyway?! [img]graemlins/1ponder.gif[/img] )
And please, don't get me started about the senseless carwashing scene.

Don't know why I'm so incredibly frustrated with this. After all, it's Nick who has to deal with her each day. I can just sit here in my chair and laugh at her.
