The Orc can't be telling the truth because there is only one honest person; if the orc was telling the truth, the elf would also be telling the truth. The elf can't be telling the truth because that would make the orc's statement true; see above. If the dwarf is telling the truth, that still means that the human lied about their prior conversation and so you should do the opposite of whatever the human says Bulwar said. Ergo... the gold door.
