I wonder if he's actually mentally deficient?

He posts some hoity-toity 'I'm so F**KING good' speech on an internet forum to try to get a chick, gets all heated up when some dude asks him what the hell he's on about, and then lets fly with a bunch of dodgy half asses threats (whilst still trying to act intelligent).
