Not really. You can try it through a TV Tuner. These come in internal cards as well as external devices that connect via USB.

I have read that with alot of tv tuners there is 1-2 second lag in response time between the controller and whats happening on the screen.

Do a check at newegg.com or do a google/froogle search for "laptop tv tuner PS2"
and see what comes up.
