Does the breaker stay on for a while or does it not turn on at all? Remember you have to switch it to the "off" position and then "on" again. They are not expensive to replace.

Now, are they fuses or beakers?

The reason they are on the same circuit is because they should be on a "ground fault" breaker, which do cost more.
I replaced my 2 outside plugs last year and they both now have their own breaker built in. There's a little button in the middle to just reset it.
