Speaking of crotch pads, I got one during my short foray into the world of marshal arts and my sensei was always like "you wearing your box(pad)?" I'm like "yeah" *CRACK* kick in the bollocks. Despite the pad it still hurt - the BASTARD. We quickly learnt to deny wearing the pads (but wore 'em anyway) then he's like "if you're not wearing it, what's that big bulge at your crotch level?" "well, you know sensei, I'm not one to boast"
