can anyone give a clua for getting an item i ve lost at the druids grove...flame tongue i thing

and that ring from the guy at the six building Toldeg..(ah,...i dont remember him)

i recently took a part of a bow that in its history that it throw lightning bolt
i thing i found it at the temple district at a house similar to the big one at the bridge district?where do i find the second part?
