That site does work for me. Plays music and everything.
I have 7 Quicktime files installed, npqtplugin.dll through to npqtplugin7.dll. These .mid files should be using npqtplugin2.dll. If your missing that one, theres your problem.
Try uninstalling everything quicktime, and then installing it again when FireFox asks.
