Yes, it's that magical day of the year again. On which nobody celebrates and I never get the day off.
Still, today we have exactly sixty years of peace within the European Union. It's also 55 years ago, since Robert Schuman presented his proposal on the creation of an organised Europe, indispensable to the maintenance of peaceful relations (that's the EU speaking
). Lets hope we'll be able to enjoy peace for another six decades to come.
