Speeches aren't that hard to write, but you need to focus on what you want to get across. Does she want to celebrate the moment of achievement? In that case, the speech could review some highlights of the last several years (gently humorously -- no need to belittle anyone during this speech) and talk about what tomorrow may bring. Close by thanking all the classmates and professors who've made the past several years so enjoyable, and offer plans to meet at a favorite hotspot in ten years to talk about what will have happened.

Does she want to be motivational? Talk about the training and skills they've learned, and why they'll be valuable to employers in the next several years. Talk about where you'll all be and the magical and wonderful things you'll do. Meet up at that same hotspot as the first one...

Does she want to be controversial and change things? Forget it.... unless she's running for University President, this isn't the place.

If she's got questions, she can PM me. I write a fair number of speeches for different reasons.
