i have done numerous quests i dont seem to get umar hills appear in my map!!!how do i get that quest?

Talk to The Cowled Wizard in the building of the Council of Six, and accept his quest.

so i m going to the docks to put them together with the head.HOW and i mean how do you open this @#!@$!@#$door without a knock spell

Bash could work, otherwise get yourself a thief or face the wraith of the Cowleds.

is there a way to defeat this lich guy downthere????i dont see to manage to hit them after i release him from his first form

i have the head of a guy who has..had..illithium nad i think is there any use to have that guys head?
