No idea on pullups - haven't tried in year - probably only 2-5
12 months ago when I was in training I could claim a best time of 6:24, but now I generally take it a bit easier and take 9:30. IF I had to run till I threw up I reckon I could probably manage 8:30 in my current poor shape.
