Ah shucks, now's ya'll done went and spoilet it all.

However, nummer 16 is not zactly correct. Ya see, "ya'll" is 'singular' and/or shortened plural, where as "all ya'll' is strickly plural.
As in "all ya'll" up yonder half-to have the sunshine pumped in.

Ya'll come on back now, ya hear!
