It's only fitting that you start to take damage pretty soon because the Slayer is so powerful. I don't know if you are soloing, but when you have a party, the Slayer is definitely an advatage to your normal PC at the time that you get it.

OK.It boosts your DEX&STR on 25 but there are many itmes to boost it
