What's odd is that you're getting Rep points for the Festhall place in the first place--I never did. But even odder than that is that people are leaving your party due to Reputation issues in Chapter 4! I thought there was a script to prevent that....

Anyway, you're going to have to lower your Rep by at least two points if you want to keep Viconia. There's only one Storekeeper to offend, so you may just have to kill somebody.
