At the weightlifting competition we did three lifts. Deadlift, Squat, and Benchpress. When we work out we have like, six core lifts coach makes us do before anything else. Incline Bench, Push press, and benchpress on uppper body. On lower body we do Deadlift, Squat, and Powerclean.
