Well guys. I came home with the silver, a step up from last time. I tried my best and even found a new max on bench press. We came out on top though, with first place overall. I'm proud of my team, I'm proud to lift withthem. I think we all felt the same when our coach let us know how proud he was of us, it was really a heartwarming moment. It was a joyous day for us.
