Eggs have load of protein. If you want to build muscles or train more than a 3 times a week it`ll help you to recover. If you eat a bit more meat or some other protein rich food you can skip the eggs.
Also remember:
- stretching and restoring workout like walking
- rest (this can be insanely difficult)
- eat a lot and correct (veges and sugar before, heavy and protein rich after)
