Only if you have a whole lot. Nutritionists advise now that one egg a day is fine, yolks included.
I'd also heard that salmonella thing, however what Legolas says makes sense. Anyway, I doubt that they would give you any added benefit that you couldn't get from other sources. Which wouldn't be so disgusting as raw eggs
