But the rain in Manchester has a bitter cold constant dampness to it that affects the very marrow of your bones, day after day after day
Still on the bright side Manchester is one hell of a social explosion. All the clubs and bars are easy to get to, plus there is great public transport and cheap accommodation. Music and arts are a big plus and even I go to visit every couple of years
