Bjorn, my husband also does telemarketing work, although he works with businesses so he has fewer 'bad' calls where the person is angry about being called. Mainly because his company represents large companies like IBM and Peachtree software and they are promoting the software/services to businesses that already have a relationship with those companies or are interested in doing so.
Just wanted to say I don't think you guys who DO the calling are bad people. [img]smile.gif[/img] Just wish the groups who call individuals at home would realize it's not always something we want to do- taking calls to sell us things we don't need at dinner time or on weekends! [img]smile.gif[/img]
