Well, a higher post count implies that you have been here longer and have contributed more to the Ironworks community.
I can remember when I first started posting that I wanted to get rid of the noob and Waterdeep noob avatars as quickly as possible - they were just an irritating reminder how 'new' I was to everyone else.
