Get her talking about it, don't nag or fuss, try and stay off the topic of weight if you can help it but talk to her.

Try and avoid telling her your worried about her in so many words as this could drive her into isolation about the issue..

Be open and supportive, offering to go with her to see the doctor can also be helpfull as a show of support..


Getting out of the habbit is hard, feels like you've eaten so much it hurts, it's easyer to start with keeping light meals down, little and often.
