I was talking more along the lines of how the system while good for the area which it is situated in, would be less suitable for transfer to other areas..
Personaly I'd like to see more prisons like this, but also some that are more leinent..
So you've got the realy nasty places for reoffenders and lifers, and the slightly nicer ones for petty first timers..
Prison is meant to be punishment, if you are in you have been found guilty of a crime, a criminal if you will, you are an animal untill you re earn your basic human rights.
